5.2 Knowledge Graph

We merged the populated graph with the ontology to create a comprehensive knowledge graph. This process involved mapping entities and relationships to visually illustrate the connections between different elements of the dataset. It ensured that the dataset elements were accurately represented in the graph, offering a structured view of the interrelationships and attributes within the data.

Subsequently, we loaded the populated ontology into Protรฉgรฉ. This step involved using the reasoner and the automatic inferences to validate the ontology's structure and functionality.
